“We were surprised when the white people came to our community. We asked our chiefs what was going on but they said we should just look on and see where it leads. The white people later started measuring our farm land and digging ditches in our farms. My son’s farm has four ditches as I speak. When I what was going on I was told that it was not in my place to question government orders.
